(Q) How do I secure my booking with the complete treat beauty team?
(A) Payments can be made by cash, direct bank transfer (EFT), money order, bank cheque, personal cheque (with driver license details). Sorry, EFTPOS & credit card payments currently not available. Coming soon. Please contact us to obtain bank account details for direct bank transfer (EFT).

(Q) When is the complete treat beauty team available?
(A) The team is available six (6) days a week - Tuesday to Sunday by appointment only. We are not available for bookings on Mondays. You can also check your event date on our online calendar.

(Q) What is the best way to make a booking or enquiry for my special event?
(A) Due to the nature of our work being mobile, we are often on the road or with clients and can't always answer our phones. Therefore the best way to contact us is via e-mail or by submitting an online booking/enquiry form. Please note that Friday, Saturday & Sunday's are our busiest days, so if we are unavailable when you call please leave a brief message including your name & contact number and we will endeavour to contact you back ASAP.
